Salt-Roasted Turkey with Herbs and Shallot-Dijon Gravy


Carved 3.5lb Salt-Roasted Turkey with a combination of white and dark meat with Shallot- Dijon Gravy, 50/50 Mashed, Traditional Stuffing and Cranberry Relish.

*Not a whole turkey

All meals are served with Mixed Greens Salad, Jalapeno Corn Bread, and a Dessert platter with mini seasonal pies, Key Lime Pie, Café Con Leche and More.  

Serves up to 4 people.
